Yeah, saw that tablet when I was researching. It's a bit more involved than what I need. Actually there IS no advantage to having them separate, I think I was over-reaching. As long as it lies flat, I think I'll be good. The new iBook arrives today and I can begin carving up the bottom case (again!) and filing the hinge down. I just hope that touchscreen overlay works as advertised. All i really need it for is clicking on pdf thumbnails. If the overlay doesn't work, I'll need to find some software that will rotate the trackpad input 90 degrees, if such a thing exists. Thanks for your input. -St
