I have been playing with the WiiMote on my system for a few days now. I also have seen the video from Cynergy Labs where a guy has built some interactive gloves. My gloves I have in mind will be easier to develop and use. gloves, a wireless mouse, WiiMote, IR LEDs and a few small tact switches.

One hand will control the movement and right/left clicking
The other will control scrolling and other buttons if I decided to use a tilt/multi button mouse.
