without sounding ridiculous and epic, here goes:
yes, it is possible, but you are better off buying a new display
the lcd requires and proprietary connection to the logic board
the parts involved cost hundreds of dollars
you could probably buy a good Samsung or ViewSonic 19" lcd
for half of what it would cost to buy the connection/other parts
