Its best to use a jigsaw or bandsaw with a high tooth count blade (ie; metal blade) you can use a table saw or circular saw, but if you do I would use a plywood blade and put it in backwards (yes I said backwards) feed slowly and if you can adjust the blade speed down to prevent re-melt. After the cut use a blade to scrape the white fuzz off and your in buseness! smile
