#2545 - 10/05/0109:58 PMscsi compatibility with 9600
i've recently acquired an olde 9600/200MP and have been upgrading it slowly piece by piece. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel(have USB 2.0 & Firewire card, Radeon), all I need now is a larger internal drive and monitor (drooling over the ElectronBlue 19"). i stumbled over a 9.1gb 7200rpm seagate at dealmac.com today(for$39!!@!!!!) but am not 100% sure if it will be compatible with the beige beast. here are the drive stats: Seagate 3.5" 9.1GB 1.6" Half Height SCSI SCA 80-pin. any ideas¿?

also...landed a pci powerlogix G3/375 from smalldog, and according the docs it 'appears' that it can be safely clocked up to 500mhz.....is this true?¿ i'm verklempt...
