What's funny is that at least 60% of the people I know in Dallas are from the north. They all moved here during the great Yankee migration of the 80's. We were hardcore Democrats before that. <br><br>He needs a geography lesson too...most of those red states were not just in the south. Maybe New England should secede.<br><br>Last on my anti-northern rant...I have met more northern racists in the last few years than I've ever met in the south. We're much more tolerant than the Civil War days although from the way TV protrays us we're still waiting for Jefferson Davis to be ressurected so we can institue slavery again.<br><br>My family is split. Half live in NYC or New Jersey, the other half are either in Tennessee/Kentucky or Texas. The weird part is the northern part of the family voted Bush and about 75% of the southern part voted Kerry.<br><br><br>
