That'll work unless the provider has a sign-in protocol. The PPPoE (Point to Point Protocol over Ethernet) Pane takes care of that. But yes, you also have to set up the Ethernet Pane to handle DHCP (it's unusual to get a fixed IP address with DSL).<br><br>
